About Pampered Corvettes

My Specialty - Fan Clutch Rebuilding

My company had its beginnings many years ago as my passion for anything with wheels brought me to race go-carts,

mini-bikes, stock cars, circle track and finally drag racing.

In the past I have built for all forms of motorsports - street rods, dragsters, midgets, sprints, stock cars and everything in between and I will still do this if I am asked.  I build from bare frames to turn key.  All chassis are built on a chassis jig with all correct engineering and fabrication principles.  My cars work and also last.  Chassis are constructed with customers choice of 4130 chrome-moly or mild steel.  One of my customers, Tom Boucher, of Rowley, Massachusetts finished fifth in the country in Super Stock class.  Building and racing a Super-Comp Dragster for myself and building cars for other customers has been rewarding for me.

When my racing career was over it was then I focused exclusively on Corvette restoration and my procedure for rebuilding of fan clutches.  Currently a work in progress is the restoration of a 1962 Plymouth Savoy.  Please feel free to peruse the “Photos”, “Customers” and “Recently Completed” pages of my website and thank you for visiting.
